How to pool resources for abhaya's Good work?

Good day greetings to all..

abhaya is reaching its second level in serving the people and stepping towards establishing a permanent project for the benefit of the Uncared, abandoned destitute in the state of Andhra Pradesh. We have elected an executive committee and the action points discussed are updated for your reference..

While going forward, there are two primary questions for which we are not able to find answers... we shared our concern with close set of friends to suggest way forward..
The Questions to be addressed are

  1. How to increase monthly contributions to support more and more and needy people approaching us?
  2. Home of Happiness -  How to raise funds for this magnanimous project?
As some great mind said, "If you remove 'I' and think of 'We', even Illness changes to Wellness". When we are thinking on how to serve the people, We got some honest thoughts from the Heart of our friend CS Sastry. We thank his for sharing those thoughts with all of us. Please go through the document to know his thoughts. We request all the well wishers of abhaya to go through the document and try to pool as much as they can from their end..

Hope to see the Home of Happiness in reality Soon.

Super 60

After years of HEART work, with the support of donors and well wishers... abhaya CCL Empowerment Campus at Anatapuram is completed. Trustees formed the Executive Body and visited the campus too. At abhaya we strive to lend a hand to the needy at all times. We also encourage other organisations who would want to serve the society. There are scores of NGOs who joined hands in service with abhaya. One such organisation is Niswartha Foundation with its "Super 60" program. A few details of the program are below: Niswartha Foundation , Uravakonda, Anantapuram Dist, AP   The atlas shrugged its shoulders when it was asked to shoulder the burden of responsibility. With a motto to serve selflessly and to carry the responsibility of improving the pitfalls of society ...

Mathru Devo Bhava

Ebbs and flows are part and parcel in the cruise of life. Voyager’s intention is to hold the steering tight, face the mighty inevitable storm, sail through the torrential rains, beat the oceans in its own game. Srimati Alivelumanga Thayaru steered her ship through the mightiest of oceans, bent the societal flows, helped others build their ships and sail along with her, and in the end on the inevitable day as her ship sank her soul swayed away and mixed itself with the blue sky and started it's journey to God's Adobe to resonate the meaning of life forever. If it’s not clear yet, it is his holiness Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami ji's mother who is in the details. Like mother, like son. Many a time, Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji shared with everyone about his mother who permitted him to take sainthood (yathya:sram). He is ever grateful to his mother for happily letting him choose to serve the cause of his acharya, and not limit him with a unit family. Lovingly known as ...

abhaya's lending hand to Surabi Drama Co

All the big and successful business magnates like The Ambani's, Tata's and Birla's have one common mantra for their success, yes it's a generation run business, to be precise it's a third-generation run business. If a third-generation business can reach such great heights, we can imagine what Fifth-Generation artists would have achieved.    I take the opportunity here to introduce the famous Surabi Drama Co of Hyderabad which was set up in a mere garage by    Vanarasa  Govinda Rao  in 1885 which is now the only surviving example of Company Theatre.   In the initial stages, it started with Puppet shows and now more than 240 families are a part of the play. The plays are now been directed by Padmashri Rekandar Nagesh. All Surabhi productions are large-scale mythological and musical plays, based on stories from the  Ramayana , Mahabharata and Shrimad Bhagavatam.  To know more about the great works of Surabi Group, click  here     ...
